Toulouse–Lautrec will examine the artist’s abilities as an acute observer of Parisian life, his skill as a draughtsman, his experimentation in composition and the brilliance of his technical execution in all media. The exhibition will shed new light on Toulouse–Lautrec through an examination of his involvement in Parisian culture–the high life and the low life.

Ballet Russes: The Art of Costume

Exhibition held at the National Gallery of Australia from
December 2010 – May 2011

This audio tour, developed by Narrowcasters Pty Ltd featured the creative explosion that was the Ballets Russes (Russian Ballet). The vivid and innovative dance design of the early 20th century is brought to life through 150 costumes and accessories from 34 productions from 1909 to 1939; one third of the costumes have not been seen since they were last worn on stage.

The Art Gallery of NSW commissioned an Audio Tour for the Paths to Abstraction exhibition featuring over 150 pivotal works by the pioneers of modern art… Whistler, Cézanne, Monet, Seurat, Vuillard, Bonnard, Gauguin, Matisse, Derain, Picasso, Kandinsky, Mondrian, Klee, Robert and Sonia Delaunay, Hans Arp and Sophie Taüber–Arp. This major exhibition of over 150 paintings, drawings and prints revealed how abstract art emerged around the world.

Masterpieces from Paris: Van Gogh, Gauguin, Cézanne and beyond features 112 of some of the best–known works of modern art from the Musée d’Orsay in Paris, one of the great museums of 19th–century art. Famous works include Van Gogh’s Bedroom at Arles 1889, Cézanne’s beloved Mount Saint–Victoire c 1890, Gauguin’s Tahitian women 1891, as well as many other great examples of Post–Impressionist art.
